Below the Canopy of the Willows

What the willows whispered
On a hot summers day
Laying under a canopy
River of shiny polka dot murmurs
Travel over airs of blue silk
And land-alas! Such beautiful lands
Disremember the past
The present, the future
The glorious river do flow
Eternity stops the clouds not
From transfigurating yonder
The air parts!
There appears as if an apparition
A great carelessness
Forget
Yes, do forget.

this was a poem i wrote for a carefree summer's day, i hope the reader will get a carefree feeling out of it, a cool, ventilating breeze, the flowing of a stream, and the murmurs of silky clouds and a long age past. forget all your worries and enjoy the basking sunlight.
