Sitting in a room
with a look-a-like mind
and a sound-a-like soul
watching the bag get empty
the world can't comprehend
the worth of this nothing
I watch the world go sideways
from the other side of the window
glass so sad I want to end its misery
and take in the view
Three years left
and it'll all be over
like the time we had has ended
no more do we sit and wait
for nothing to happen but sit and wait for the end of the world
which came quicker than we had expected
then the trip to the past
