I read the paper this morning
You know, the one that declared Obama as president?
Well, I read the paper this morning
And after reading about the change that was to come, I flipped the pages
I read the paper this morning
And I saw the difficulties that are occupying this so-called-changing world
I read the paper this morning
And I looked over each grayed page, watching the people invisiblly crying.
I read the paper this morning
And then I threw it away.

The author's comments:
Now, though this piece might not portray it, I am for Obama. I really do think that he's going to change the world.
But I wanted to see through another viewpoint--maybe one from a struggling American. Maybe one of a foreign outside. Maybe the viewpoint of the world.
