No one knows how the trees can be
They seem to fall
But all we get is a thwack
In the back and a smack in the face
Screaming “DON’T YOU KNOW WHAT THE GREEN SCENE
MEANS?!”

We are continued through
Mac daddies and rice paddies
Fried to perfection in tears we
Cried
They lied
When they said the Polar Bears
Were alive and well
They lied
When the twin towers fell
Who’s to blame?
Shame

Look your mother in the other eye
And see just what a mutt can do
In the mansion expansion
Pain for
Courtesy of Freddie Mac
Stack the homes and Rome
Will eventually collapse
Impact with the world of evolution
Pollution contusions
Thrown in the air of the fair
When a little girl
Cried
They lied
When they said the Polar Bears
Were alive and well
They lied
When the twin towers fell
Who’s to blame?
Shame

You cannot move a boulder
On your own shoulder
A group needs to recoup
The shards of the nation
Hatred sensation
Magnified by the animal hide
They scraped for a
Reiteration of cowboys and Indians
Butch Cassidy is gone so
Don’t laugh at me when
All you see is and angel set free
And the legacy
Is forgotten
Rotten people
Rotten citizens
You
Cried
They lied
When they said the Polar Bears
Were alive and well
They lied
When the twin towers fell
Who’s to blame?
Shame
