She was exquisitely interesting in every way.
The way she walked,
The way her hair flowed over her shoulders,
The way she could make me smile everyday.
The summer was warm,
The emotions were set,
I told her everyday
No one would ever do her harm.
Everything felt right,
Even though there was so much hate
Easy to pick up—for her—
