"Mmm, que rico, enchiladas,"
Could be my favorite phrase.
I sit in the table,
Anxious,
For my plate
To be served
With delicious enchiladas.
The cheese on top
makes me happy.
I get some and
I put it in my mouth.
It sizzles.
The taste is radiant,
"Mmm" the spice,
The frijoles on the side.
I wish I could eat enchiladas,
Forever,
But,
As I look down
I had already eaten them all.
