When flower petals drip from stems like rain,
When rain is red and sparkles like rubies in the sun,
When the hands on my clock travel counterclockwise and,
Sing to their ticks and tocks and the second hand hums,
When hummingbirds learn to cook,
And make me pancakes in the morning,
And morning and night are both only books,
From whose bindings sad songs are pouring,
When the teapot pours itself,
And himself is yourself and herself is myself,
Only when yourself appears,
Will I confess that I will forever,
And always,
Love you my darling dear.
