Tears Of...

Tears of joy stream down my face when
happiness spreads around,
Tears of sadness stream down my face when
someone I love dies,
Tears of pain stream down my face when
a child is abused,
Tears of fear stream down my face when
someone I love is in danger,
All these tears stream like a river when
I feel these very feelings,
For you can't live without these tears,
For without them life is dull.

This piece is my first ever poem. It describes emotions and how those without emotions can't really act like humans or think like humans. It holds a very significant meaning that can be interpreted many different ways.

I dunno why not-so-many people commented on your poem, 'cause it's good. Jena, I'll be frank with you, I'm only 11 and my opinion doesnt count for much, but I like this poem.
