Just a machine

My heart is just a machine that pumps blood into my veins.
Its not the reason that my smile gets bigger whenever you're around.
Or why my eyes get bigger every time I see you.
Nor is the reason I love how your incredibly warm skin feels against mine.
My heart is just a machine that pumps blood into my veins which means I need it, so please don't go breaking it.
