The light upon the earth
Is shining, is flying
Above the day dreamers
And the saints.
The light upon the earth
Is glowing, is knowing
The wonders of the world
Without the hate.
The light upon the earth
Is fighting, igniting
The evils of the world
Untamed.
The light upon the earth
Is fading, is wading
Through the darkness towards the light
That is faint
The light upon the earth
Is crying, is dying
In this world filled with the heartache
Of the saints
