I write a poem out of anger
And curse humanity as a stranger
But I've known it all too well
Too many times have I placed myself in my own mental cell
Thinking humanity be the one to blame for my bound state
Angrily I scream from my cell cursing humanity irate
But a hightened sense of self
Opens a hidden door behind the bookshelf
Leadin to a passage to the cerebral cortex
That was bruised and battered and cursed with a hex
With irrational logic
And mental vocal demagogic
Telling me how to walk
Telling me how to talk
Telling me how deep to dig my mental moat
Telling me about every harmful mote
But I must write against them with these words
Just to silence the mental preyful birds
Have I written this poem out of anger
Is humanity really that much of a stranger
