By surprise

The author's comments:
I wrote this poem when i was really sad. Nothing seemed to be going my way. I was losing friends and I was losing myself. But then a beautiful hummy-bird flew by. I took a second to look at it and how it was so in harmony with everything. It made me realize that everything happens for a reason, even if that means losing friends and creating a new you. The new me now takes time to see the little things, the little joys, that people and life bring to one another.
