His Shoes no longer
By the door
He Left at dawn
As I tried to sleep
I felt him leave.
Returns no more.
Leaving behind hopes and dreams
That fade.
My Father’s Gone.
Pain lies within
A family’s soul
Returns no more.
Anticipation
For answers.
Please.
Come home
Calm
Our weary souls.
And
Return.
