It was the year of lies and year of despair
The year that I thought that the darkness would clear
The night light as day day dark as night
I woulda ratha gone ghost than put up that fight
In the Garden of Eden a snake coiled my throat
Inhaled false hope I cough up shadows
Fell for the demon its delusional spell
Thought I found Heaven turned out to be Hell
It was the summer of sleep felt my soul bein reaped
Winter woke me up I’ve gone insane and I weep
