Not a rainy day or a void.
I give you hope.
It is a sunrise.
It promises freedom,
Like the breaking of chains.
Here.
It will take you far...
Like the waves of the sea.
It will make you fly
On soft, feathered wings.
I am trying to bring joy.
I am not the Reaper or the Darkness.
I give you hope.
Its light will outshine your anxieties,
Daring and beautiful
As we are,
For as long as we are.
Take it.
Its soft sound melting in your mouth
If you like.
Strong.
Its scent will caress you gently,
Cling to your life.
