I dream of the mountains,
I dream of the prairies.
I dream of riding horses,
I dream of the west.
I dream of looking out over the plains,
I dream of seeing what all the wind carries,
I dream of seeing all the river's courses,
I dream only of America's best.
I dream of living among the trees,
I dream of living in a log cabin,
I dream of living happily,
I dream of living for the Lord.
I dream of the sweet honey from bees,
I dream of maple syrup from tappin',
I dream of hunting proudly,
I dream of never being bored.
