I am the princess in my fairytale,
You can be the prince if you’d like;
We can have a wedding with my mommy’s veil.
Across the sea we shall sail,
In the yard there is a kiddie pool to the right.
I am the princess in my fairytale.
Let’s build a castle by the train rail!
You can drive; I’ll ride on the front of your bike.
We can have a wedding with my mommy’s veil.
There are flowers in the garden by the pail.
“He loves me, he loves me not,” you just might.
I am the princess in my fairytale.
When you leave I’ll send letters in the mail,
Until the day you come back on the flight.
We can have a wedding with my mommy’s veil.
If you buy me a ring, I promise not to tell,
And if it costs a whole quarter, I’ll keep it in my sight.
I am the princess in my fairytale.
We can have a wedding with my mommy’s veil.
