Finding Truth

Things changed, people and the truth in particular.
Things became unrecognizable.
Life became perplexed and unbearable.
~
Slowly, I'm finding the truth.
I'm adroit to decoding every lie.
Lies are nothing but barriers stopping me from finding what's behind.
It’s chaining me down preventing me to fly.
This triggers something inside, builds power and desire to soar through the sky.
Those barriers will break eventually and the lies will be unlocked.
The truth may leave us shocked, but we will be free.
~
The desire to investigate reality has given me power.
I gained strength, to blossom like an everlasting flower.
Nothing will stop me from finding the truth.
In this world of constant change, I'm left alone.
Nothing left, but to be on my own.
People are too busy updating themselves along with the rest of the world.
“Trust” to them is another useless word.
Not to me, not right now.
~
This is growing up.
Not knowing things is how life is setup.
Trying to find your place in the real world is the hardest part.
Life is cruel to a human being, the world is atrocious and bitter.
Too much can wear a person down.
I realize things change in ways big or small,
but in the end somehow someway you change along with it.
Maybe change is good, even if you don't see it.
It takes awhile to get used to new things.
Maybe, just maybe, this is the truth.
