A wild beast with 4 legs.
To be able to run
swiftly and soundlessly
Through the forest.
I want to be a wolf.
Wake up to wet tongues
from little fur balls
licking me to death.
Staying up late and
howling to the moon.
I want to be a wolf.
To take down a buck
side by side with my pack.
Defending my title
of alpha female
From other challengers.
I want to be a wolf.
Curling up to warm fluffy bodies
During the cold winter days.
Being wild and free forever.
I want to be a wolf.
