Shadows
I sit in the darkness. Afraid of the light. Everywhere I go, the shadows follow me. They speak to me as I walk. People say I'm insane, but I know what I hear and see. No matter where I look, shadows are following me. They scream my name, some cry out for help. Frightened I run towards the darkness. It's the only thing that saves me from the shadows. Sitting in the darkness, I tremble with fear. Scared the shadows will out smart the darkness and take me away.
