The air is thick
My arms are sweating
I need something quick
To heal what I'm feeling

The room is dark
My heart is pounding
I need that certain spark
To stop the drowning

My feet are warm
The wall are pushing
In a big swarm
as thoughts are rushing

What will I do
Oh, I know the trick
To numb what's to
Emotionally thick

I wrote the piece from a little experience. I was at a dark place at this time and wasn't living in a healthy way.
