Anxiety is dizzying pitch black with small dots of bright colors,
Anxiety tastes like metallic on my tongue,
Anxiety smells like smoke coming out of a wild fire,
Anxiety looks like perplexing, blinding, bright colors,
Anxiety sounds like static running through my mind
Anxiety feels like a nervous rush
