I was surrounded by phonies.
The phoniest b******s
Queen of the Phonies.
Even the teachers were phony.
My school?
It was full of phonies.
The phonies were coming in the window
Fake laughs.
Fake applause.
The phoniest conversations.
You never saw so many phonies in your life.
God, how I hated them.
Don’t even mention them to me.

This is a found poem from The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger. Found poems take existing texts, refashion and reorder them, and present them as poems.

Hm, well I'm pretty new here and didn't realize that they censor words. That's a little lame, tbh, but I think you guys can guess what the starred word says.
