When I look in the mirror
What do I see?
I see an ugly girl in front of me
She isn't slim
But not that chubby
Not that smart but she is no dummy
She loves her past
Hates her present
And worries for her future
She cuts herself to release sorrow
But to her sister she is causing pain
She sees the marks she has made with her blade
I am sure she wants to stop
But her life is like a painful novel
Everyone thinks she dumb
Or that she is happy
No one knows that she is sad inside
Or that she wants to die
It blows them away when they find out her a cutter
It makes her fill like she's insane
If only they could hear the yelling
If only they could see the pain
They would know that the girl is or isn't very sane...
Either way...
