Come Dance in the Moonlight

Come dance in the moonlight,
And the worries of your day will fade.
Dance freely in the moonlight,
Under the graceful willows blade.

How beautiful the moon is,
Her complexion silver fare.
How glorious the moon is,
With her shining halo of hair.

But now it is time for her to sleep,
For her brother she must give way.
For now the sun is rising,
Yellow, pink and gray.

So now I must wait and watch,
For the fiery sun to fly.
To see her beautiful silver face,
Rise silently in the sky.

And then I will dance in the moon,
And all my worries will fade.
I will dance freely in the moonlight,
Under the graceful willows blade.
