Right now I feel like pulling all my hair out and screaming,

Right now I feel like pulling all my hair out and screaming,
Right now I feel like there is no reason for my being.
Right now I’m sliding down a slippery slope with no one at the bottom,
I feel like a sliver of myself; alone and forgotten.
I’m just a memory, a ghost, a whisper slipping off chapped lips.
Gone in a flash like a bolt of lighting or a swinging of the hips.
My eyes dart around,

Why don’t you see me?
Notice me?
Feel me?
I am just one grain of sand on the beach of the world.
We all fit in together,
until the tide comes and we are swirled.
Right now I am the wind that tousles your hair on a fall day.
You notice me for only a second, until someone else whisks you away.
To you my dear I’m merely another minute,
Just a minute in your life that apparently has so many other more important times.
But it is ok now my love, I am finally letting you free.
I will fade into the background while you continue life without me…
