Drummers are the back bone to every beat

Even when the song turns up the heat

It’s a very complicated job

When you are playing for a mob

The beat could be slow and easy

Or it could be fast and sleazy

It could be hard and loud

Or it could be softer than a cloud

It can be very comforting and uplifting

Or it could be sad and down drifting

However it may be

Drummers are the Jubilee.

I am a drummer and this is a poem that I created for the shear fun of it.
