I saw a man I knew before
He has a gun, I’m all alone
We are at ease with some
Bad intentions; nothing more

I crawled out onto some
Flea and rock infested shore

He swears he won’t come
I swear that is what he swore
In a place far from home
And now I have shown
I don’t care anymore

With him he carried the fateful tome
And that is when I ran for the door
