A patch of ribbon
Weaving toward me.
Strummed strands
Of cerulean blue.
The hum of fish bones
Carried by sea
To shores
Bury, and begin anew.
Pluck the strands;
Their melody
Joins the
Chorus
Of the two
Skeletons right beside me.
In the sand they sing a tune.
