Who will I one day be?
When will I know that I am she?
Who can say?
Who can see?
No mortal can look beyond today.
Will I even recognize her face?
Will I become her or has she always been me?
Will she come at all or will I forever be this way?
This just can’t be.
But who can see? Who can say?
I’ve never met a mortal who can look beyond today.
Perhaps she’s only a fantasy.
Perhaps deep down she is existing.
But I am always pondering.
Who will I one day be?
When will I know that I am she?
