I must be Invisible
That's the only way...
That they don't notice me
Or the things I say
I must be Invisible
Because they don't care
Even if I scream
So I guess I'm not there
I must be Invisible
Why else would they ignore me?
They look right through me
So I guess I'm impossible to see
I must be Invisible
Since I'm never noticed
I'm out of their range,
Absent from their focus
I must be Invisible
So I'll just leave...
I knew I was empty
But I guess I'm not made to be seen

I often feel the same way. What I hate most is the hypocrisy, though. When they want something from me they're all smiles and nice words. I prefer the enemy who is constant
