Fear Of darkness
I look up,
at the stary night,
hoping to get,
a gleam of light.
It's lonesome out here,
all alone,
it's horrifing to think,
of the unknown.
Thinking about,
what lurks in the dark,
knowing they need,
to make their mark.
I'm worried to think,
what's out there,
but i won't cry,
a single tear.
I wonder how,
so many manage,
when all i see,
is permanant damage.
I wonder what lies,
in the near future,
if only they,
could find a cure.
I'm scared of the dark,
as you can see,
but then again,
that's just me.
Though now it's time,
to say goodnight,
just to go,
in another sleepless night.
