Doesn’t mean I’m immature
Doesn’t mean I’m a trouble maker
And doesn’t mean I’m annoying.
Just because I’m a teenager
Doesn’t mean I steal
Doesn’t mean I fight with my parents
Doesn’t mean I break the rules.
Just because I’m a teenager
Doesn’t mean I’m reckless
Doesn’t mean I’m rude
Doesn’t mean I drive fast.
Just because I’m a teenager
Why should people judge me?
Don’t we deserve respect too?
Why should people look at me like I’m doing something wrong?
Just because I’m a teenager.
