The Silver Mist

The silver mist caught her of guard
as she rode her vehicle in the depth of the night
She wasn't prepared for what was comming towards her
It was anticipated like the warmth of the sun
And the pain she felt was electrifying
she felt a cold blade pierce her skin
She wanted to go numb
but she never did
As her vehicle slid through the icy streets
and fell into the blue water
She ravished that she'd be gone
That the icy blade would no longer burn her skin
She wasn't prepared to have her heart broken
and she died of the anticipation of finding a cure
to one
over beaten, broken heart
