I run home laughing like a clown
Raindrops fall and explode around me
And I think what will the next day bring
To this boring life of mine
Skipping through traffic
Like lovebirds going to a picnic
Grin at oncoming traffic without a care
In this boring life of mine
Run home and go to my room
strip down to my boxers and lie in bed
just thinking to myself
What a simple end to this boring day of mine
