A waste of time a waste of space
Floating in air without a trace
Just another broken dream
Just another patched up seam
Who are you?
And what am I?
A bigger world is speeding by
So watch my leave
So watch me fall
So feel me breath
So hear my call
A sound not heard
The quiet song of a broken bird
Look into the storm
Feel the rain
Its droplets like a new days pain
I try to fly
A broken wing
This little bird can no longer sing
