i feel them crawling in me

their trying to kill me
they really are
i feel them crawling through my veins
their crawling all over me
their under my skin
im trying to sctrach them off
but nothings helping
i feel myself drowning in my own blood
i cant take the pain anymore
their hurting me
making me dig into my own flesh
nobody can see them
only i can
nobody can see the scars
that only i will be able to see
