I Wish

Some days I wish
I could just climb, climb, climb
On mother earth’s branches
Until I get stuck in the clouds
I left all my doubts
Behind
I could shout so loud right now
But no one would hear
I am so high up
I wont give up
I am filled up
With life
So full of life that
Some days I wish
I could just fly, fly, fly
On mother earth’s wings
The rhythm would put me
To sleep
So deep
I have to keep
A rope tied around my waist
Because if I fell it would
Be a waste
Of life
And my secrets are so hidden that
Some days I wish
I could just forget
And be free
From mother earth.
