I got off the bus
on two weak legs.
I wish it were different.
I walked all alone
with no comfort.
I wish it were different.
I walked into school
with hatred in my heart.
I wish it were different.
I sat down, with laughter around. I wish

I cry and I sob, and no one cares.
I wish it were different.
I hop on the bus, tears in my eyes,
hoping to live no more. I wish

I go home just to find another day.
I wish it was different.
