She walks alone
With her music turned up high
She doesn't hear what they say
She doesn't hear their plans
With a flick of a knife
She carves deep in her arm
She walks alone
Alone under the Earth
She doesn't hear them
She no longer lives in hate
They say they're sorry
They say they didn't know
Only to know the truth
That with a flick of a knife
The knife that went so deep in her arm
She walks alone
With her music up high
She doesn't hear them
She doesn't care
She walks alone

I was extremely depressed when I wrote this. It seems that I write my best work, I think, when I'm depressed.
