You can build the sprit and form with might.
A team is people that work together.
To acquire skills you must practice hard.
New moves will bring you forward in progress.
The body needs to be nourished with food.
The mind needs to be nourished with thought.
Breathe to built the body and mind muscle.
Focus your thoughts and follow the rhythm.
Your efforts need to be steady and true.
Rules serve as guides as style leads you to a new grace.
Let go of mind once the plan has been made.
Imagine success and progress will come.
Use passion to guide your life flow with pride.
