MY GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT

I finally did it
I finally crawled
It took me a while
But I finally did it.
My parents are smiling
They’re flashing a big object
“Click” “flash”
I can’t see
I’m blind as a bat
Blink, blink
Ahh, that’s better
I move forward more
I fall and I stumble
My mom picks me up
I’m back on all fours
I cruise along
The farthest I’ve gone
When my dad picks me up
And takes me away
He sets me down
I’m safe in my crib
I find my pink bunny
And fall straight asleep
