Her love stays hidden underneath the stone
Longing for desires in reality
But to her truth, hope remains unknown

She cries and reaches to not be alone
But today pain and suffering brought he
Her love stays hidden underneath the stone

She begs and pleads but stays still out shone
She never knew why but she had fought he
But to her truth, hope remains unknown

He leaves yet she has nothing to atone
Love seeks and dwells but pure spirit sought she.
Her love stays hidden underneath the stone

Searching fails she, for her pride is disowned
Waiting misery remains her fought plea
But to her truth, hope remains unknown

Missing pieces, buttons become unsewn
She knows now, certain, what she ought to be
But to her truth, hope remains unknown
Her love stays hidden underneath the stone.

Hey, I just wanted to say I love your poem! It's great that it has a simple rhyme scheme to it, and I love the meaning of it. It relates to my life so much, and it's just... stunning, amazing, I can't think of anything to serve it justice about how awesome it is. I love it! I hope you read more from you! :)

PS: I'm new to this site, so is there a way to post books on here?
