JabberPastry

'Twas chocolatey and mint ice cream
Did ooze and spread all over
All luscious were the team
Of chocolate chip cookie soldier

Beware the giant eclair my son
The carbs that fill the sweets that over rule and make you drool
Beware the truffle mousse and shun
The scrumptious tart

He gripped his food color in hand
Long while the tart foe he sought
So rested he by the gummygum tree
And ate a brownie as he thought

And as in a creamy field he stood
The Jabberpastry with his eyes of candy cane
Dashed tastily through, while looking good
And bubbled as it came

Color! Coloo! Red then blue
The food color went splitter splat
He left it healthy, not rich nor wealthy
Then went plumply back

And hast thou slain the Jabberpastry?
Come to my arms my Almondjoy
O delicious day! Bake away!
He munched and munched in joy!

‘Twas chocolately and mint ice cream
Did ooze and spread all over
All luscious were the team
Of chocolate chip cookie soldiers
