I was in the Queens favor,
for quite some time,
it was everything I came to savor.
She gave me duties, my time to shine ….
until that day she came to terrify.
I kept my head down just
to survive, her reply?
“Why do you not have trust?”
She remembered my name,
and the fact that I borrowed her dress…
Then I realized it was a game,
There was never going to be a tomorrow.
