I REMBER THAT NIGHT SO LOND AGO
YOU LIE IN YOUR BED ARTER WE CAME BACK FROM THE HOSPITLAL
AFTER ALL THE KIDS ATE
WE CAME TO YOUR ROOM
YOU TOLD US GOOD-BYE AND I'LL MISS YOU
I DIDENT GET IT I WAS ONLY 8
YOU SAID GOOD-BYE TO ALL OF US
CALLING US BY OUR NAMES YOU GAVE US
ME, YOUR LITTLE BUTTERBALL RUGRAT
WE SAID ARE GOOD-BYES
AND LEFT THE ROOM
WHEN WE WALKED OUT....A MOMENT OF SILENTNESS
AFTER THAT I FELT MY HEART DROP
I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG
I CAME BACK...JUST TO GIVE YOU ONE MORE HUG
BUT I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG
YOU DIDENT HUG ME BACK LIKE YOU USED TO
BUT I CARRIED ON AND LEFT
THE NEXT THING I NO I SAW TWO MEN AND A STREACHER
THEY TOOK YOU OUT AND I THOUGHT YOU WERE STILL SLEEP
BUT NOW I GET IT
I WILL MISS YOU TOO...
