Marooned in Shadows of Doubt

By
-Marooned in Shadows of Doubt-

Marooned on their island
abundant with fruit
of life's only true sin.
An ocean surrounds me
It's still breeze through my hair
I'm not blind, I still can can see
the black of their despair

Living in shadows of their doubt
Surely, I can live without

Marooned on my island,
my sanctuary in the dark.
this is my way of hiding
from YOUR hateful remarks.
an ocean of SHADOWS
protects me, isolates me.
Numbs the lights pain.
I'm not blind, Yet I cant see
the logic behind desperate insanity.

Living in shadows of MY OWN doubt
and sadly, I cant live without.

"This will certify that the above work is completely original."
