For you’re living in mourning for all you know
Visioning about those same dreams left shriveled and desiccated like water from a mid-summers drought
Persistently agonizing over fractured faults that seem to steer with a constant flow

Have you begun to realize that your past has deceased long ago?
Yet the changes you could have made is all you think about
For you’re living in mourning for all you know

All the moments that were wild of vibrancy and vitality can’t seem to fill
Shrinking smaller and smaller while your thorny pain seems to sprout
Persistently agonizing over fractured faults that seem to steer with a constant flow

Your misery starts to mock you while it continues to grow
Your own ghost’s shadow is sneaking out
For you’re living in mourning for all you know

If you had a chance is it your pain that you would kill?
As if you would, you would have nothing but delight leaping out
Persistently agonizing over fractured faults that seem to steer with a constant flow

Don’t you see that what you are doing is making you horribly ill?
Constantly fading exactly who you are out
For you’re living in mourning for all you know
Persistently agonizing over fractured faults that seem to steer with a constant flow
