First Love

I loved the times we were toogether.
I thought what we had would last forever.
They say you never forget your first.
But it's more than that, fo him I thirst.
Everyday I loved him more and more.
Even together a baby we bore.
But his abusive ways took a toll.
And having my baby was no longer my goal.
I think of my love everyday.
Now I think the price was worth pay.
I thought what we had would never end.
I lost my lover, I lost my Friend.
