Trapped In A Maze

I want to believe its true,
That I’ll never stop loving you,
All the risks that I would take,
All the promises I would break.
That day has finally come,
The day when I say you are no longer the one.
As I shed many tears writing this,
I’m sorry to tell you the truth you I shall not miss.
Maybe it was just a phase,
Because loving you was like being trapped in a maze.
As I was mistaken that I can finally clear my head,
Now I fear for your life as you said without my love you would be dead.
